TERMS OF SERVICE — D2 Consulting LLC, DBA D2 | Eventful Creatives

Welcome to D2 | Eventful Creatives. By placing an order through our website, you ("Customer," "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  1. SERVICES: D2 | Eventful Creatives provides custom-designed digital graphics for student athletes, including but not limited to custom sports edits, fundraiser gameboard flyers, and bundled design packages. All products are digital services — no physical products are shipped.
  2. ORDER PROCESS: a. You select and purchase your desired product(s) through our Shopify store. b. After purchase, you must complete and submit a design details form providing your athlete's information, photo, and design preferences. c. Your order enters production only after both payment is confirmed and your design details form is received. d. Turnaround time is 3–5 business days for single products (Custom Sports Edit or Fundraiser Gameboard) and 5–7 business days for the Full Season Package, beginning from the date both payment and your completed design details form are received.
  3. PAYMENT: We accept payment via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and manual payment methods including CashApp and Zelle. For CashApp and Zelle orders, your order will remain in "Payment Pending" status until payment is sent and a receipt screenshot is uploaded and verified. Design work does not begin until payment is confirmed.
  4. PHOTOGRAPHS: a. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any photograph you submit, and that you are the parent or legal guardian of any minor depicted, or that you have obtained written permission from the parent or legal guardian. b. You are responsible for providing a high-quality, high-resolution photograph. Low-resolution, blurry, or heavily filtered images may affect the quality of the final design. We reserve the right to request a replacement photo if the submitted image does not meet quality standards. c. We are not responsible for the quality of the final product if a low-quality photo is provided after a replacement was recommended.
  5. REVISIONS: Each order includes one design preview and one round of revisions at no additional charge. Additional revisions after the final approved delivery are available for $5.00 per revision request. A revision includes one specific change (e.g., correcting a name, updating team colors, swapping a photo, or adjusting text).
  6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: a. The custom design created for your order is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may post it on social media, print it for personal display, share it for fundraising purposes, or use it for recruiting profiles. b. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of any design produced by D2 | Eventful Creatives. c. D2 | Eventful Creatives retains the right to display completed designs in portfolios, social media, marketing materials, and promotional content unless you specifically request otherwise in writing at the time of order.
  7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary: refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the design details form has not yet been submitted. Once design work has begun, all sales are final.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: D2 Consulting LLC, DBA D2 | Eventful Creatives, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
  9. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D2 Consulting LLC, DBA D2 | Eventful Creatives, from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the delivered designs, or your submission of photographs you do not have the right to use.
  10. MODIFICATIONS: We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  11. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
