SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY — D2 Consulting LLC, DBA D2 | Eventful Creatives

All products sold by D2 | Eventful Creatives are digital services. No physical products are manufactured or shipped.
DIGITAL DELIVERY: Your completed custom design will be delivered electronically via email as a high-resolution digital file (PNG or JPEG format). You will receive your file at the email address associated with your order.
TURNAROUND TIMES:
- Custom Sports Edit: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of your completed design details form
- Custom Fundraiser Gameboard: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of your completed design details form
- Full Season Package (Sports Edit + Fundraiser Gameboard): 5–7 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of your completed design details form
- Revision Requests: 1–2 business days after purchase of a Revision Add-On and submission of revision details
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Turnaround times begin when both payment has been confirmed and a completed design details form has been submitted.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via email at D2Shopify@D2Consulting.Group to inquire about rush availability and any additional fees.
DELIVERY ISSUES: If you do not receive your completed file within the stated turnaround time, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate your delivery, contact us at D2Shopify@D2Consulting.Group, and we will resend your file promptly.
