REFUND POLICY — D2 Consulting LLC, DBA D2 | Eventful Designs
Effective Date: July 31, 2026
All products sold by D2 | Eventful Designs are custom-designed digital services created specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of this work, the following refund policy applies:
BEFORE DESIGN WORK BEGINS:
If you have not yet submitted your design details form, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at D2Shopify@d2consulting.group or by sending a DM to @D2ConsultingLLC on Instagram. Please include your order number in your request.
AFTER DESIGN WORK HAS BEGUN:
Once you have submitted your design details form and the design process has started, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for orders where design work has been initiated.
PREVIEW AND REVISIONS: Each order includes one design preview and one round of revisions at no additional charge. You will have the opportunity to review your design and request reasonable adjustments before final delivery. Additional revision requests after the final approved delivery are available for $5.00 each.
DELIVERY:
All products are digital files delivered electronically via email. No physical products are shipped.
DISPUTES:
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any concerns directly and promptly.

• Athlete information submitted through our design details form, including athlete name, team name, school or club name, team colors, jersey number, and uploaded photographs

• To communicate with you about your order, including design previews and delivery

• Shopify (our e-commerce platform provider) for order processing and payment handling

Photographs you submit for custom designs are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We may display completed designs in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise. If you do not want your athlete's completed design featured, please notify us at the time of order.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
